Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to the White Ledger app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by CHEKH TOV. CHEKH TOV is the Service Provider for the Application.
Information the Application obtains and how it is used
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
Local app records
White Ledger may allow you to create finance records such as transaction titles, amounts, dates, optional notes, income or expense states, categories such as Food, Transport, Home, and Health, recent transaction history, balance values, total income, total expenses, net calculations, cash-flow summaries, time filters, period reports, category spending breakdowns, and app settings. These records are intended to remain local to your device unless a future version clearly states otherwise.
Location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third-party access
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties.
Data Retention
White Ledger does not retain personal data on CHEKH servers because the Application does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal use. Local records that you create inside the app remain on your device and are controlled by you. If you contact CHEKH directly by email or another voluntary channel, the information you provide may be retained only as long as needed to respond to your request, support communication, comply with applicable obligations, or resolve related issues.
Data Deletion
Because White Ledger does not collect or store personal data on CHEKH servers through normal use, there is no server-side app account or remote app database to delete. You can delete local app data by clearing the app data on your device or uninstalling the Application. If you voluntarily contacted CHEKH and want your submitted contact information deleted, email support@chekh.it.com.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. You may also contact CHEKH to request deletion of information you voluntarily provided outside normal app use.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting your personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.

The CHEKH website and White Ledger app information pages do not require registration, login, account creation, authentication, user dashboard access, admin panels, protected routes, or password reset features.
Changes to this policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Previous versions may be requested by contacting CHEKH.
Your consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
